Consideration for Materials and the Environment

We aim to create a brand that brings the comfort of nature to both cats and humans, fostering harmonious coexistence. To achieve this, we work with trusted artisans across Japan to craft products from natural materials.
For our packaging, we use recyclable kraft boxes, and each product is carefully wrapped in cotton fabric, avoiding the use of plastic.
Additionally, 2% of our sales are donated to the Public Interest Incorporated Association, Animal Donation, to support shelter cat assistance and promote animal welfare activities.

Accompanying the lives of cats and humans

Each cat has its own unique personality, with differences in body size, food intake, and hunger patterns.
Additionally, factors like the owner’s daily routine, food types, and feeding frequency mean that no two households share exactly the same rhythm of life.
We designed this dish to foster a gentle communication, where the person can explore the best angle and usage to suit the cat’s needs as they use it together.
In case the bowl breaks, we also offer replacements.
We hope that this product will be a presence that continues to support the lives of cats and humans for many years to come.

Craftsmanship

Ceramics
We use Shigaraki clay called "Shintokkoshi," which combines a warm texture with durability. Each piece is crafted by Meizan Kiln, established in 1622, with over 400 years of ceramic-making tradition in the Shigaraki region.

Woodwork
Each piece is carefully turned on a lathe by the Hida Takayama craftsman, Osio Craft. After extensive prototyping to consider the unique characteristics of each type of wood, the final product is achieved. A plant-based urethane oil compliant with food safety standards is used for the finish.

Q: Can I use it in a microwave or dishwasher?

A: For ceramics, both microwave and dishwasher use are possible. However, please avoid using it in an oven.

Q: How long does it take to prepare for shipping?

A: Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping from Japan via FedEx takes 3-5 business days.

Q: Is gift wrapping available?

A: We do not offer gift wrapping; however, the packaging is designed to be used as a gift as is.

Q: Are returns and exchanges available?

A: Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders due to personal circumstances. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or a product that is different from the one you ordered, then please contact us via the Contact form within 7 days after receiving the product. We cannot accept exchanges after 7 days has passed from receipt of the product, so please check the condition of your product promptly after receiving it.
All products are shipped from Japan. For returns, please send the items back to an address within Japan. Please note that return shipping costs to Japan will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply:
・The product has been damaged or soiled, or has become defective, after receipt due to circumstances attributable to the responsibility of the customer.
・The product conforms to the product specifications or is within our manufacturing tolerance.
・7 days or more have passed from receipt of the product.
・The product has been used even once.
・The product packaging is lost or damaged.
